Accounts Receivable Analyst

About the role

The role supports the management of Rokt's trade receivables across regions, products, and customers. This role focuses on day-to-day collections activities to ensure timely cash collection, accurate AR records, and a positive customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Support the end-to-end AR and collections process, helping to ensure timely cash collection and strong working capital.
• Perform collections activities (sending statements, following up on overdue invoices, documenting customer communications) and escalate risks or disputes as needed.
• Partner with Billing, Cash Applications, and GTM to resolve billing queries and disputes, ensuring a great customer experience.
• Aid with month-end close and reporting activities related to AR (e.g., reconciliations, bad debt provision support, audit requests, and AR aging/collections reporting).
• Identify and drive process and system improvements (e.g., automation, dunning workflows, collections tools), while maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements

• Strong communication skills; comfortable having firm but constructive conversations with customers and internal stakeholders.
• A high attention to detail, strong organization skills, and an ownership mindset, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• A high level of interest in AI and a desire to build automated processes.
• Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team, knowing when to escalate issues or seek guidance.
• A foundational understanding of relevant accounting concepts (e.g., AR recognition basics, bad debt provisioning exposure is a plus).
