Responsibilities

• Manage accounts receivable processes, including invoicing and collections
• Monitor customer accounts and follow up on outstanding balances
• Apply customer payments and maintain accurate financial records
• Reconcile accounts and research payment discrepancies
• Prepare aging reports and accounts receivable metrics for management
• Partner with project managers and customers to resolve billing issues

Requirements

• 3+ years of accounts receivable or accounting experience
• Construction industry experience preferred
• Proficiency with accounting software and Microsoft Excel
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and communication abilities
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines

Pay

$60,000-$70,000/year
