Accounts Payable Team Supervisor

Manage a team of accounts-payable professionals and oversee vendor relations, invoice processing, payment remittance, and process/system improvements.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day responsibilities for the Stellantis AP vendor-relations call center.
• Oversee AP activities tied to direct-material purchases.
• Collaborate with Stellantis ICT to implement system enhancements that improve AP processes.
• Develop and maintain the department’s annual budget and track actuals.
• Ensure AP processes comply with Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) requirements.
• Monitor offshore invoice processing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Minimum of 8 years of finance, accounting, or related experience.
• High proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Word).
• Knowledge of the Purchase-to-Pay process.
• Demonstrated ability to work on cross-functional teams.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and process/system focus.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with conflicting deadlines.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Supervisory experience.
• Master’s degree in Finance or Accounting.
