Accounts Payable & Supplier Operations Specialist

Responsibilities

• Research and resolve supplier and payment-related inquiries, providing timely updates to internal and external stakeholders.
• Review payment statuses, investigate discrepancies, and coordinate issue resolution with Accounting and business partners.
• Prepare and maintain reports related to payment activity, supplier records, and operational performance.
• Support supplier onboarding, account maintenance, and data integrity activities within PaymentWorks.
• Partner with Accounts Payable, Procurement, and Finance teams to improve processes and enhance the supplier experience.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Accounts Payable, Accounting, Bookkeeping, or Supplier Operations.
• Experience researching payment issues, managing vendor accounts, reconciling transactions, and supporting financial operations.
• Strong Excel skills and experience working with accounting systems, ERP platforms, or supplier management tools.

Pay

Salary $75,000 - $90,000 annually (DOE)

Location and Schedule

Located in North Seattle, WA, this is a hybrid position.
