Accounts Payable Supervisor-Lead

Northwest Houston area company is seeking an Accounts Payable Supervisor/Lead on a temp-to-hire basis. This is a 100% in-office role; candidates must live close to the Northwest Houston area and be able to commute daily. Only candidates currently not working and able to start immediately will be considered.

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day management and KPI tracking
• Leading a team of 3 direct reports
• Processing approximately 300-400 invoices per week individually in addition to lead responsibilities
• Full-cycle accounts payable duties through check runs
• 2-way and 3-way matching

Requirements

• 5+ years of high-volume, full-cycle accounts payable experience, with at least 2 years in a lead or supervisory role
• Experience supervising or leading accounts payable specialists
• Strong Excel skills and experience with accounting ERP systems

Pay

This position pays $28.84/hour on a temporary basis. Upon permanent hire, the salary will be $60,000 annually plus a 10% bonus.
