Accounts Payable Supervisor

What You'll Do

• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing Accounts Payable team
• Ensure timely processing of invoices, ACH payments, wire transfers, and check runs
• Build strong relationships with vendors and internal business partners
• Oversee month-end AP close activities, reconciliations, and reporting
• Maintain strong internal controls and support audit activities
• Identify opportunities to improve processes through automation and continuous improvement
• Partner with Operations, Procurement, Payroll, Project Managers, and Finance leadership to support business objectives

What You'll Bring

• Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience), 5+ years of progressive Accounts Payable experience, 2+ years of supervisory or team leadership experience, Experience using ERP/accounting software, Strong understanding of Accounts Payable processes, reconciliations, and financial controls, Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills
• Preferred Experience: Construction, industrial services, environmental services, or field service industries, High-volume Accounts Payable operations, AP automation or ERP implementations, 1099 reporting, Lean or continuous improvement initiatives, Private equity-backed organizations
