Accounts Payable Supervisor

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and support the AP team, including training and performance management
• Review and approve invoices, expense reports, and payment batches
• Ensure timely month-end close and account reconciliations
• Maintain accurate vendor records and resolve discrepancies
• Monitor internal controls and improve AP processes for efficiency

Qualifications

• 3+ years of accounts payable experience, with prior leadership preferred
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Proficiency in accounting software and Excel
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
