Qualifications:
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within the construction industry
- Solid understanding of general ledger functions and entries
- Experience with Sage and Timberline is a plus
- Knowledge of ACH payment processing
- Experience with invoicing, approval, and cutting checks
- Excellent attention to detail and high level of accuracy
- Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- A degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field is preferred (not needed)
