PerLuxe Travels is seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist to strengthen financial record integrity across premium resorts, cruises, Disney trips, family and couples travel, group planning, quotes, and travel-rule research. The role focuses on accounts payable specialized execution within premium travel research, ensuring owners, evidence, and next actions are visible.

Responsibilities

• Own the Accounts Payable Specialist workflow by maintaining audit-ready documentation.
• Coordinate the workflow to protect confidential account information.
• Review financial inputs against supporting records to ensure accuracy.
• Maintain the workflow by reconciling discrepancies before reporting or processing.
• Track unresolved financial exceptions to ensure they are documented and addressed.

Requirements

• Use Accounts Payable Specialized Execution and Travel Rule Research confidently.
• Apply Transaction Review without losing track of exceptions, owners, or deadlines.
• Document Invoice Review decisions clearly so another teammate can follow the reasoning.
• Use sound judgment around Confidentiality, especially when escalation is required instead of assumption.

Pay

Base salary: $48,000–$68,000 per year.

Schedule

Full-time, 100% remote within the United States.
