Accounts Payable Specialist

Robert Half is supporting the recruiting efforts of a company in the gaming industry to find a AP Specialist. This is a full time, permanent position in Golden. Responsibilities

• Posts and runs the accounts payable checks
• Update and maintain payroll records
• Processing a high volume of invoices
• Processing AP documents
• Other AP activities
• Reviewing invoices for completeness (verifying vendor name, address, and vendor status to determine accuracy of currency/taxes)
• Validating scanned invoices
• Managing vendor relationships and addressing payment inquiries
• Maintaining accurate and organized records
• Supporting the accounts payable team with process improvements

Qualifications

• At least 1-2 years of accounts payable experience
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
• Experience with QuickBooks or similar accounting software
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
