As a Full-Time Accounts Payable Specialist

As a Full-Time Accounts Payable Specialist at SkyOne Federal Credit Union, you will be responsible for managing all Accounts Payable functions while ensuring accuracy and compliance with department policies. Your role includes:

• Pre-processing employee and volunteer expense claims
• Reconciling various General Ledger accounts
• Generating essential reports

Qualifications

• AA or Bachelors degree in Accounting or Business preferred.
• Minimum of two years accounting and Accounts Payable experience preferably in a credit union or related industry.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills required.
• Must be able to work effectively as part of a team.
• Must be organized and detail oriented with problem solving skills.
• Proficient and accurate use of 10 key calculator and other office machines.
• Proficient use of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Internet related processing.
• General knowledge of the credit union industry.
• A high degree of confidentiality.
• Demonstrate a high level of member service and commitment to the organization.
• Basic knowledge of general ledger system.

Pay

$25 - $27 per hour
