Pay

$23.00 to $28.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Receive, review, and process vendor invoices for accuracy, completeness, and appropriate authorization
• Verify invoice details against purchase orders and other documentation
• Enter invoice data into the accounting system
• Prepare payment requests and ensure timely payment to vendors
• Monitor accounts payable balances and reconcile discrepancies
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and company policies

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least one year of experience in accounts payable or similar administrative role
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously

Qualifications

• Experience with general ledger systems is a plus
• Knowledge of basic accounting principles is beneficial
