Principal Responsibilities And Accountabilities

  • Process high-volume vendor invoices with accuracy and timeliness
  • Perform three-way match (purchase order, receipt, invoice) to ensure proper authorization
  • Prepare and process weekly check runs, ACH, and wire payments
  • Maintain accurate and organized AP records and documentation
  • Communicate with vendors and internal departments to resolve payment issues or inquiries
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and internal controls
  • Aid with month-end close activities, including accruals and account reconciliations
  • Identify process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy

Professional Requirements, Qualifications & Desired Competencies

  • Highschool diploma or equivalent
  • High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and organizational skills
  • Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
  • Accounts Payable and Purchase Orders experience is a plus
  • Experience with Epicor ERP is preferred

Physical Requirements

  • Primarily manufacturing/assembly environment
  • Must be able to work in the following environmental conditions: noise, vibration, proximity to moving mechanical parts, moving vehicles, electrical current
  • Must be able to bend and reach
  • Must have close visual acuity such as viewing a computer terminal, extensive reading, visual inspection involving small defects, small parts, and/or operation of machines, and/or assembly or fabrication parts at close distance to the eyes
  • Must be able to communicate effectively
  • Must be able to maneuver up to 20 pounds
  • Will be performing substantial movements (motions) of the wrists, hands, and/or fingers
