Manage and process invoices and payments to vendors, ensuring accurate and timely completion of vendor transactions. Assist in maintaining accurate records, resolving discrepancies, and supporting the Company’s day-to-day operational efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Manage new vendor setup process, including W-9, insurance, and regulatory compliance.
- Process and code vendor invoices into Yardi AP system, ensuring correct approval workflow assignment.
- Ensure accuracy and timeliness of vendor payments; research and resolve disputes with team members and vendors.
- Assist with weekly check runs, ensuring adequate account funding and audit-based requirements.
- Monitor and coordinate positive pay and fraud prevention on a daily basis.
- Maintain accurate records and robust supporting documentation.
- Assist with various ad-hoc special tasks and projects as needed.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2+ years of direct accounts payable or relevant accounting operations experience.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Experience with online AP platforms (Yardi preferred).
- Ability to multi-task while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills across all levels of the organization.

Pay
Virginia compensation range: $25 USD - $28 USD per hour. The range reflects a reasonable estimate considering skills, experience, training, and organizational needs. New hires typically do not start at the top of the range. You may also be eligible for a discretionary annual incentive program based on individual and organizational performance.
