Responsibilities
- Perform 3-way matching for invoices, POs, and receipts.
- Process high-volume data entry and invoice coding.
- Research and resolve invoice discrepancies.
- Manage vendor communication and internal coordination.
- Support AP aging review and biweekly check runs.
Qualifications
- Experience in high-volume AP processing environments.
- 3-way match experience required.
- Construction industry experience preferred.
- Familiarity with Spectrum Viewpoint is a plus.
Pay
Salary: $55,000 - $65,000
