Job Summary

This position will be located in: Fargo, ND

Responsibilities

  • Maintains department mail, including email box.
  • Analyzes vendor invoices, credit memos, and deductions for input into SAP.
  • Reconciles vendor statements and various reports.
  • Serves as a point of contact for vendors and company branch locations.
  • Builds and maintains relationships with key partners.
  • Solves vendor issues as they arise.
  • Performs all aspects of the job accurately and efficiently while providing excellent customer service.

Qualifications

  • Associate degree or 2 years minimum relevant work experience, required.
  • Must be able to read, write, and speak in English.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, forms), required.
  • SAP Software knowledge preferred.

Skills and Abilities

  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent customer service skills, including being competent, accurate, responsive, and engaged.
  • Ability to prioritize work to meet specific service levels.
  • Basic accounting knowledge.
