Responsibilities

  • Maintain proper vendor records within Deltek Costpoint system to ensure proper payment and reporting to include 1099s.
  • Process employee expense reports and customer invoices.
  • Weekly accounts payable payments including ACH, Domestic and International wires, and checks.
  • Provide guidance and ensure compliance with internal policies, GAAP, FAR and CAS.
  • Ensure all vendor invoices are properly recorded for timely payment.

  • Assist with annual and periodic financial audits, Incurred Cost Submission, and DCAA interactions.
  • Work closely with Project Control team to ensure accurate tracking and reporting on active projects and close out projects.
