Responsibilities
- Maintain proper vendor records within Deltek Costpoint system to ensure proper payment and reporting to include 1099s.
- Process employee expense reports and customer invoices.
- Weekly accounts payable payments including ACH, Domestic and International wires, and checks.
- Provide guidance and ensure compliance with internal policies, GAAP, FAR and CAS.
- Ensure all vendor invoices are properly recorded for timely payment.
