Accounts Payable Senior Associate (SF or NYC)

Manage AP processes including (but not limited to) invoice processing, three-way matching, vendor management, and payment runsPlay a key role in month end close processesUtilize NetSuiteWork in a very high-volume invoice environment with accuracy and attention to detailCANDIDATE MUST HAVE:Bachelor's degree, preferably in accounting or financeExperience working with procurement and expense management toolsExperience supporting audit readiness or IPO preparation at high-growth companyExperience and exposure to multi-entity/multil-currenty AP environments Desired Skills and Experience High-growth AI/infrastructure company is looking to hire a Senior Accounts Payable Associate to join their growing finance team. This role can be based in either SF or NYC In this position you'll be responsible for managing end-to-end AP operations, ensuring vendors are paid accurately and on time. You'll work closely with cross-functional stakeholders and play a key role in supporting IPO readiness and audit preparation efforts.
