Accounts Payable Manager

Duties and Responsibilities

• Manage vendor relationships and ensure timely payments.
• Process invoices and reconcile accounts.
• Prepare payment authorizations and track payment status.
• Ensure compliance with financial policies and regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Accounts Payable or similar role.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
• Excellent organizational and attention to detail skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
