Responsibilities
- Oversee daily accounts payable activities, including invoice processing and payment coordination
- Manage and support a team responsible for accounts payable operations
- Review account activity, perform reconciliations, and maintain accurate reporting
- Support month-end close activities related to accounts payable
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and internal controls
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to address discrepancies and operational needs
- Assist with system enhancements and standardization of processes
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and accounting guidelines
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in accounts payable or accounting, including leadership experience
- Experience with close processes, reconciliations, and reporting
- Experience with ERP systems; implementation or migration experience preferred
