Accounts Payable Manager

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily accounts payable activities, including invoice processing and payment coordination
  • Manage and support a team responsible for accounts payable operations
  • Review account activity, perform reconciliations, and maintain accurate reporting
  • Support month-end close activities related to accounts payable
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and internal controls
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to address discrepancies and operational needs
  • Assist with system enhancements and standardization of processes
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and accounting guidelines

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in accounts payable or accounting, including leadership experience
  • Experience with close processes, reconciliations, and reporting
  • Experience with ERP systems; implementation or migration experience preferred
