About the role

Take your accounting expertise and combine it with your natural ability to lead in this new Accounts Payable Manager role!

Reporting to the Controller, you’ll oversee the operations for A/P across the company, including invoice processing, expense transactions, and payment disbursements.

You’ll review and approve journal entries, aging reports, and bank activity to ensure compliance and accuracy.

You’ll also partner with multiple teams across the organization to support cash management and liquidity planning.

Utilizing your management experience, you’ll coach and develop your Accounts Payable staff, including performance reviews.

Responsibilities

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Accounting
  • 2+ years of management experience
  • Bachelor’s in Accounting, Finance, or related field (preferred)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office required

Schedule

This is a hybrid role with two days per week in-office in Clackamas.

Pay

$85K – $115K DOE
