Accounts Payable Analyst

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Printing of Vendor Invoices
• Entry of Vendor Invoices
• Payment of Vendor Invoices
• Respond to vendor inquiries
• Review and balance of Vendor statements
• Works on other projects as assigned by the Manager

Qualifications/Requirements

• Graduate of or currently enrolled in College or University Finance/Accounting Program
• Thorough knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office
• Strong in data analysis and data system skills
• Extremely well-organized with superior attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to multitask, work in a high pace environment and meet deadlines
