About the role
As an Accounts Payable Analyst, you will be responsible for processing invoices, verifying payments, and maintaining accurate records.
Responsibilities
- Process invoices and ensure timely payment of vendors
- Verify payment amounts and reconcile discrepancies
- Maintain and update vendor and payment records
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve payment issues
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of accounts payable experience
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
Qualifications
- Knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
- Experience with accounts payable software
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
Skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Salary range: $40,000 - $50,000 annually
