We are seeking a detail-oriented and driven Accounts Payable Administrator to join our Finance team in South Easton, MA (M-F, 8 AM–5 PM). This role is critical to supporting RELCO and Crete United’s rapid growth and financial strength.
Responsibilities
- Review, verify, and process invoices in accordance with company policies and approval limits.
- Ensure proper coding of expenses to general ledger accounts, cost centers, and projects.
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies promptly.
- Process weekly and monthly payment runs (ACH, check, wire transfers).
- Assist in month-end close by preparing accruals and reconciliations related to accounts payable.
- Maintain vendor files, W-9 forms, and ensure compliance with tax reporting requirements (1099s).
- Partner with procurement, project managers, and other departments to resolve billing and payment issues.
- Identify process improvement opportunities to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
- Support audits by providing required documentation and explanations.
Requirements
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
- 3–5 years of experience in accounts payable or general accounting role.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and AP best practices.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (experience with NetSuite, SAP, or Microsoft Dynamics a plus).
- Strong Excel and data analysis skills.
- Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for vendor and internal team collaboration.
- Construction accounting and knowledge of certified payroll preferred.

Pay
$70,000–$85,000 per year, depending on experience.
