Responsibilities
- Identify and develop cross-selling opportunities within existing client accounts.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to understand business objectives and challenges.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Customer Success, Product, Marketing) to align solutions with client needs.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations to clients.
- Maintain consistent achievement of revenue and cross-sell targets.
- Track sales activity, pipeline, and performance metrics using CRM tools.
- Provide insights and feedback to improve product offerings and sales strategies.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activity, and market conditions.
- Travel to client sites, networking events, industry conferences, and trade shows as needed to build relationships and generate business opportunities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in account management, sales, or business development.
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong consultative selling and relationship management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in cross-industry or multi-product sales.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales metrics and client data.
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings, networking events, and trade shows.
