About the role
LBC Mortgage is expanding its lending division and is actively seeking an experienced Hard Money Account Executive to join our high-performing team. This is a results-focused role designed for someone who understands investor financing and knows how to close deals efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Work directly with real estate investors seeking hard money financing
- Structure and present loan solutions based on LTV, ARV, and deal strength
- Manage the full loan lifecycle from lead intake to funding
- Build and maintain strong relationships with investors and referral partners
- Consistently meet and exceed monthly production goals
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in Hard Money lending
- Strong understanding of real estate investment transactions
- Ability to analyze deals and assess risk quickly
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills
- Self-motivated and performance-driven
