Responsibilities
- Daily Yield Reporting - Fabrication and Slaughter
- Daily Inventory Control
- Daily Ground Reporting
- Daily Profit and Loss Statements
- Daily Cattle Payment Reconciliation
- Monthly SOX Reporting
- General Operation Accounting Projects as needed
- Other Duties, as assigned
Qualifications
- High School degree required
- Accounting experience preferred
- Must be familiar with Microsoft Office programs (Excel, etc.)
- Able to multi-task
- Willing to work well with others and cross-train on multiple jobs
