Accounting Specialist

What You'll Do

• Process and reconcile accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions
• Generate financial reports for attorneys and office leadership
• Analyze accounting data to identify trends and discrepancies
• Research and resolve financial issues independently
• Collaborate with Revenue Management and cross-functional accounting teams
• Aid with month-end close and special accounting projects
• Maintain accurate financial records and reporting

What We're Looking For

• 3-5 years of accounting experience
• Advanced Excel proficiency
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
• Excellent organizational and communication abilities
• Ability to prioritize multiple deadlines
• Professional services or legal industry experience preferred

Key Details

• Compensation: $60,000-$70,000 annually
