What You’ll Be Doing
- Manage accounts payable/receivable, invoicing, and collections
- Perform bank and credit card reconciliations and maintain accurate records
- Assist with month-end close, general ledger activity, and financial reporting
- Monitor expenses, support budgeting efforts, and track financial performance
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accuracy in financial data
What You Bring
- Experience in accounting or finance with strong foundational knowledge
- Solid understanding of AP/AR, reconciliations, and financial reporting
- Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks or similar) and Microsoft Excel
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and problem-solving ability
