CFS is partnered with a top organization in the Madison market seeking a new Accounting Specialist due to growth.
Responsibilities
- Processing project billing for a variety of different projects
- Expense coding – working with Project Managers
- Weekly check runs
- Vendor maintenance
- Back-up for AR – invoicing, collections
Qualifications
- Associate in Accounting or equivalent experience
- Accounts payable experience
- Lien waivers experience
- ERP software experience; and/or implementation
Pay
$30.00 – $34.00/hr
