Accounting Specialist

Responsibilities

• Processing project billing for a variety of different projects
• Expense coding in collaboration with Project Managers
• Weekly check runs
• Vendor maintenance
• Back-up for Accounts Receivable, including invoicing and collections

Requirements

• Associate in Accounting or equivalent experience
• Experience with Accounts Payable, Lien Waivers, or G702/G703 forms
• ERP software experience and/or implementation

Pay

$30.00 - $34.00 per hour
