Your Specific Responsibilities
Performing as the lead analyst of the Systems and Operations Unit.
Responsible for Monitoring the Systems and Operations Inboxes upon request.
Assisting the Systems and Operations Unit with completing monthly, weekly, and daily financial reporting.
Assisting the Bureau of Finance and Accounting with special projects, as directed.
Developing and updating desktop manuals, SOPs, and training materials to ensure compliance with Florida Statutes, Florida Administrative Code and Department of Health policies. Assisting with training while optimizing SOPs.
Performing all job duties within the section and act as back up, as required.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Knowledge of the FLAIR accounting system and state disbursements procedures.
Must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and the use of database software.
Incumbent must have a clear understanding of auditing principles and methodology.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in FIS.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Axiom Pro.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Microsoft Office.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in FLAIR.
