Accounting Manager

As part of that investment, the company is implementing a new ERP platform and expanding its finance capabilities to support future growth.
Responsibilities
- Own the monthly, quarterly, and annual close process across multiple domestic and international entities.
- Prepare consolidated financial statements, reconciliations, and supporting financial schedules.
- Partner closely with the CFO on financial reporting, technical accounting matters, and strategic finance initiatives.
- Lead accounting's involvement in the implementation of the Odoo ERP system, including testing, validation, and process improvements.
- Support and gradually assume increased ownership of the annual external audit process.
- Develop and strengthen accounting processes, internal controls, and documentation to improve accuracy and scalability.
- Analyze complex financial data, identify discrepancies, and recommend corrective actions.
- Collaborate with operational leaders and cross-functional teams to improve visibility into business performance and financial results.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience with a strong understanding of U.S. GAAP.
- Experience with multi-entity accounting, consolidations, and financial reporting.
- Advanced Excel skills and experience working within ERP environments.
- Public accounting experience, private industry experience, or a combination of both.
Preferred Qualifications
- CPA designation or progress toward obtaining a CPA.
- Manufacturing, distribution, industrial, or equipment industry experience.
- ERP implementation, migration, or optimization experience.
- International accounting or multi-currency consolidation experience.
- Experience mentoring or supervising accounting staff.

Pay
$115,000 - $135,000 Base Salary + 15% Bonus
