Accounting Manager

As part of that investment, the company is implementing a new ERP platform and expanding its finance capabilities to support future growth.

Responsibilities

• Own the monthly, quarterly, and annual close process across multiple domestic and international entities.
• Prepare consolidated financial statements, reconciliations, and supporting financial schedules.
• Partner closely with the CFO on financial reporting, technical accounting matters, and strategic finance initiatives.
• Lead accounting's involvement in the implementation of the Odoo ERP system, including testing, validation, and process improvements.
• Support and gradually assume increased ownership of the annual external audit process.
• Develop and strengthen accounting processes, internal controls, and documentation to improve accuracy and scalability.
• Analyze complex financial data, identify discrepancies, and recommend corrective actions.
• Collaborate with operational leaders and cross-functional teams to improve visibility into business performance and financial results.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience with a strong understanding of U.S. GAAP.
• Experience with multi-entity accounting, consolidations, and financial reporting.
• Advanced Excel skills and experience working within ERP environments.
• Public accounting experience, private industry experience, or a combination of both.

Preferred Qualifications

• CPA designation or progress toward obtaining a CPA.
• Manufacturing, distribution, industrial, or equipment industry experience.
• ERP implementation, migration, or optimization experience.
• International accounting or multi-currency consolidation experience.
• Experience mentoring or supervising accounting staff.

Pay

$115,000 - $135,000 Base Salary + 15% Bonus
