Requirements
- A degree in accounting, finance, or a related discipline is required; a master's degree is advantageous.
- Over 10 years of experience in accounting or financial services, with leadership experience.
- Experience required in the CAAS domain.
- In-depth understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting regulations.
- Demonstrated ability to manage teams and direct accounting operations.
- Expertise in client relationship management.
- Strong skills in business development and sales.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Skilled in using accounting software and related technology.
- CPA certification is a plus.
- Experience in process improvement and change management is beneficial.
- Familiarity with QuickBooks Online and other cloud-based accounting platforms is preferred.
Other Key Requirements
- Must be local and able to work on a hybrid schedule
