About the role

We are partnering with a growing manufacturing company to hire an Accounting Manager to help build and scale the accounting function. This is a hands-on, high-impact role focused on owning core accounting processes today while helping establish the structure, reporting discipline, and controls needed for a rapidly growing, multi-entity organization.

Responsibilities

• Own key parts of the close and ensure accurate, timely financials
• Help build scalable processes and improve reporting structure
• Bring clarity to intercompany and multi-entity accounting
• Partner with operations to explain performance and drive decisions
• Support acquisitions, integration, and overall finance growth initiatives

Requirements

• 6+ years of accounting experience
• CPA preferred
• Background in multi-entity, manufacturing, or PE-backed environments a plus
