Accounting Manager
Responsibilities
- Help lead the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports to support accurate and timely business reporting.
- Review and reconcile balance sheet and income statement accounts to maintain dependable financial records across multiple entities.
- Manage key close activities at month-end and year-end, including journal entry oversight and general ledger review.
- Evaluate financial and operational data to highlight performance patterns, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
- Support finance activities through cost accounting, inventory review, and analysis of production-related results.
- Contribute to budgeting and forecasting efforts by preparing analyses and assisting with planning assumptions.
- Partner with operational stakeholders to strengthen reporting quality and provide financial insight for decision-making.
- Help advance accounting procedures and internal controls to improve consistency, accuracy, and efficiency across the organization.
Requirements
- Experience managing month-end close processes and maintaining an accurate general ledger is a plus.
- Strong background in account reconciliations, journal entries, and financial statement preparation.
- Proven analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial results and communicate findings clearly.
- Proficiency in collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve reporting and financial processes.
