Accounting Manager
About the role
You’ll lead day-to-day financial operations at the hotel—overseeing accounting staff, preparing reports, and ensuring strong internal controls. This role reports to the Director of Finance - Controller and is ideal for a detail-oriented leader looking to grow into senior finance positions within the hospitality industry.

Requirements
- College degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field or at least 2 years of hotel experience
- Prior experience in a similar role is highly preferred
- Eligible to work in the United States
- Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English
- Ability to sit, stand, bend, kneel, and lift as required—with or without reasonable accommodations
- Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays if needed
