Responsibilities

• Lead key accounting and financial reporting activities.
• Manage and mentor accounting team members.
• Oversee close processes and ensure accurate financial results.
• Partner with finance and business leaders on reporting and analysis.
• Support audit and compliance activities.
• Drive process improvements and automation initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 7+ years of accounting experience.
• Strong understanding of financial reporting and accounting principles.
• Experience leading projects, processes, or team members.
• ERP system experience preferred.
• CPA and/or public accounting experience is a plus.
