Position Overview

Step into a key leadership role within a collaborative accounting team, specializing in revenue accounting, financial reporting, process enhancements, and staff development. This position works closely with senior leadership to ensure accuracy, improve efficiency, and drive ongoing improvements across the accounting department.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the month-end close process, including revenue recognition, account reconciliations, and preparation of financial statements
• Maintain compliance with GAAP standards while ensuring strong internal controls and balance sheet accuracy
• Collaborate cross-functionally with leadership to deliver financial insights and support key business strategies

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline preferred
• Progressive accounting background with a minimum of three years of leadership experience preferred

Location: Fairlawn, OH

Salary: $85,000-$95,000
