Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and review quarterly and annual SEC filings in coordination with internal and external teams
- Review financial statement disclosures, footnotes, and supporting documentation
- Partner with business units to resolve accounting questions and ensure GAAP compliance
- Support M&A activity, impairment analysis, and implementation of new accounting standards
- Improve disclosure controls, streamline reporting processes, and enhance efficiency
Requirements
- Manager Bachelor’s degree in Accounting required; advanced degree preferred
- CPA strongly preferred
- 7–10 years of progressive accounting or financial reporting experience
- Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and SEC reporting requirements
