Accounting Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the monthly close and corporate reporting process, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and GAAP compliance.
• Review financial statements, investigate variances, and maintain strong data integrity.
• Manage and develop accounting staff while partnering closely with the Assistant Controller.
• Support audit activities through preparation and review of reconciliations and schedules.
• Drive process improvements, automation, and system enhancements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Business; Master’s preferred.
• CPA required with 5–7+ years of progressive accounting experience.
• Public accounting experience preferred.
• Strong Excel skills; ERP experience required.

Pay

$135,000 – $150,000 + bonus
