Responsibilities

• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual close
• Supervise Staff and Senior Accountants
• Review journal entries and reconciliations
• Prepare financial statements
• Develop and maintain internal controls
• Cook up annual audits
• Ensure GAAP compliance
• Improve accounting workflows through automation
• Partner with FP&A, Operations, HR, and Executive Leadership
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow
• Drive ERP optimization

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting
• 5–8 years of progressive accounting experience
• Previous leadership experience
• Strong GAAP knowledge
• ERP implementation or optimization experience
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
