ACCOUNTING MANAGER

About the role

Join the team behind some of the most prominent events in the world, including EDC, Metallica’s World Tour, the NFL Draft, CES, Broadway productions, I Heart Radio, Saturday Night Live, and The Tonight Show. At 4Wall, you’ll be part of a leading entertainment industry team responsible for lighting, video walls, rigging, staging, and audio for productions of all sizes.

Responsibilities

• Oversee general accounting operations and ensure accurate, timely financial reporting.
• Lead month-end close activities and manage general ledger accounting and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Oversee debt and lease accounting.
• Support annual audit requirements.
• Provide leadership to the accounting team while ensuring compliance with GAAP and company accounting standards.
• Work closely with the Corporate Controller, Division Controllers, and Accounting Compliance Administrator.

Requirements

• 10+ years of progressive accounting experience, including at least 4 years in accounting management.
• Strong working knowledge of GAAP.
• Extensive experience with general ledger accounting, account reconciliations, and month-end close processes.
• Experience supporting external audits.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Knowledge of accounting software, with MAS and Oracle Netsuite experience preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration is preferred.

Schedule

This is a full-time, hybrid remote work opportunity. Occasional evening and weekend work may be necessary to support month-end close and other business needs.
