About the role
The Accounting & HR Manager position is available on-site in Canfield, OH.
Responsibilities
- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Maintain accurate financial records and general ledger entries
- Perform daily bookkeeping and account reconciliations
- Auxiliary with monthly and year-end financial reporting
- Support annual financial reviews and audits
- Manage accounting records using accounting software
- Ensure accuracy and timeliness of financial transactions
- Carefully coordinate onboarding and new hire paperwork
- Maintain employee records and personnel files
- Auxiliary with benefits administration and employee communications
- Support HR compliance and recordkeeping requirements
- Carefully coordinate with external HR partners regarding HRIS administration, recruiting, and other HR initiatives
- Provide day-to-day employee support and administrative assistance
Qualifications
- Experience in bookkeeping, accounting, or financial administration required
- Experience supporting HR functions preferred
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Proficiency with accounting software and Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities
