The company is a rapidly growing Private Equity backed healthcare advisory business. They are seeking a candidate with a similar background to join their team as they continue their expansion.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2+ years of professional experience, preferably in financial statement auditing or financial consulting roles.
• Healthcare industry experience, preferred.
• Minimum requirement: have passed all 4 parts of the CPA exam, fully licensed preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field. Master's degree preferred.
• Demonstrates attention to detail and a commitment to excellence in work product and service.
• Strong oral and written communication skills, demonstrating responsiveness to clients and colleagues.
• Basic competence public speaking.
• Ability to demonstrate insight and professional judgment, with an aptitude for critical thinking.
• Takes initiative and is proactive.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and applicable software tools.
• Ability to think critically and apply abstract concepts to unique situations and scenarios.

Skills

• Utilize financial modeling to prepare analyses that form the basis of solutions and recommendations.
• Convert cash-basis accounting to accrual-basis accounting, as applicable.
