This role provides hands on exposure to accounts payable, accounts receivable, reconciliations, and core corporate accounting functions. This position is ideal for candidates seeking advancement within the Accounting Department based on performance, with clear growth opportunities into Accounting Specialist, Staff Accountant, and beyond. ________________________________________ Key Responsibilities Accounting Support Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable processing Accurately enter invoices, payments, and journal data into accounting systems Support bank, credit card, and POS reconciliations Maintain organized financial records and supporting documentation Assist with month end close activities as assigned Administrative & Team Support Communicate professionally with vendors and internal departments Assist the Accounting Manager and Senior Accountants with special projects Maintain confidentiality of sensitive financial information Support process improvement and documentation efforts ________________________________________ Growth & Advancement Opportunity This role is part of LaMar’s Accounting Career Path Program.
