You'll contribute directly to the company's expansion by maintaining fiscal accuracy that fuels new store openings and menu innovations in a vibrant retail environment.

Daily tasks center on processing 500+ invoices weekly from flour suppliers and coffee roasters, reconciling bank deposits from point-of-sale systems like Square and Toast, and compiling weekly cash flow summaries for store managers. You'll verify payroll for 300 part-time baristas and fryers, track inventory costs for seasonal donut flavors, and prepare month-end reports on promotional spending impacts. Collaborate with operations to audit daily receipts, flagging variances from projected doughnut sales, while assisting in annual budget forecasts tied to Denver's tourist-driven foot traffic peaks.

Requirements

• Associate degree in accounting or equivalent
• 0-1 years of experience in retail finance
• Proficiency in QuickBooks Online and Microsoft Excel
