What You'll Do
- Review insurance applications and supporting documentation
- Analyze information for accuracy and completeness
- Evaluate risk using established underwriting guidelines
- Process policy information and documentation
- Communicate professionally with internal teams and customers
- Learn multiple areas within the Property & Casualty insurance industry
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
- Previous customer service, banking, finance or insurance experience is preferred
- Strong computer and Microsoft Office skills
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities
- Must be able to work regular business hours
- Must live within approximately 25 miles of Urbandale, IA, or within a reasonable commuting distance
- Must be eligible to obtain a Property & Casualty (P& C) license (no license required to apply)
