This position combines accounting support, accounts payable and receivable, ERP administration, timekeeping coordination, and operational support across multiple business functions.
Responsibilities
- Support month-end close activities, reconciliations, reporting, and journal entries
- Auxiliary with Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable processes
- Maintain financial and operational data within SAP and other business systems
- Administer employee timekeeping records and resolve discrepancies
- Support fleet administration and operational reporting
- Partner with internal teams, vendors, and customers to ensure accurate and timely processing
Requirements
- 2+ years of accounting, bookkeeping, finance, or business support experience
- Associate Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field preferred
- Strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills
- ERP experience required; SAP experience strongly preferred
- Hightly organized with strong attention to detail
- Ability to manage confidential information and multiple priorities
Qualifications
- Experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment is preferred
